System Administrator, Denver, CO (10/00-1/01)

· Maintained development and office network for mixed environment of MS Windows 9x/NT/2000, Linux, and Sun Solaris (7 & 8) for Internet software start-up.

· Provided security and network assessments and analysis to parent company, Webb Interactive.

- Legato Systems

System Administrator, Boulder/Louisville, CO (7/99-10/00)

· Maintained production, development, and test computer equipment for Colorado engineering laboratories. Responsibilities included backup, DHCP, DNS, NFS, NIS, patch, system rebuild, SMB, and WINS systems management for Solaris (2.5.1, 2.6, 7, & 8), Windows NT/2000, HP-UX (10.20 & 11.0), and AIX (4.3x) systems.

· Managed networking equipment for Colorado engineering laboratories. Duties included firewall, router, PPTP, SSH, switch, and wiring initialization, installations, and maintenance.

· Provided system administration functions to enterprise level backup system for users world-wide in 24-hour operational environment. Backup services were provided through a series of SGI and Sun servers using an EMASS/ADIC tape library, Amass, Legato Networker, and Veritas NetBackup.

· Provided end-user technical support for system/data recovery of clients using various UNIX variants, Windows NT, Windows 95/98, and VMS.

· Developed upgrades and requirements for second generation systems based on the STARS system configuration.
